The goal of this group is to join with West Coast Swing, Salsa and other dancers of all levels in a non-threatening social environment outside of a typical bar or night club scene. This group will also help those who are new to Swing learn and experience this fun, smooth, and sometimes improvisational form of dance. The goal of the Washington DC East Coast, West Coast, Lindy Hop & Jive Swing Dance Meetup Group is to join with local Swing dancers of all varieties & levels in a social environment to learn more about and enjoy all 4 of these Swing dance styles.

Learning and ultimately providing opportunities for dancing socially these easy and fun Country / Western dances. Classes will be weekly on Saturdays at 12:30pm for West Coast Swing and Sundays at 3:00pm for Two Step, along with either East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing or Lindy Hop classes at the same time with 2 teachers.
